SAP SuccessFactors Lead – Permanent – UAE

Whitehall Resources are recruiting an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Lead to support a multi-year ERP and HCM transformation program. The role will support the migration from Oracle EBS, legacy HCM, Core HR and Payroll platforms to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
– 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting. – Hands-on experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, enhancement or transformation projects.
– Strong exposure to ERP, HCM, or HR digital transformation programs.
– Experience in migration from Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS HR or other legacy HR platforms to SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
– Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management, and employee lifecycle processes.
– Knowledge of HR data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation methods.
– Understanding of SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, middleware platforms, APIs and system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

● SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking or Talent modules is preferred.
● Experience working within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
● Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
● Exposure large-scale, multi-country enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives.
● Experience supporting solution governance, design reviews, approvals and deployment of readiness activities.
